Ranim is responsible of the company's overall execution strategy in Canada.

 

Ranim has over 10 years of experience in hotel & real estate operation, investment and transactions. He led transactions across most real estate asset classes including Residential, Industrial & Commercial properties. Ranim is recognized for his drive to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns on our projects. Ranim enjoys a well-established network of investors across North America and EMEA, and he is recognized for his authenticity, passion for real estate investments and exceptional communication discipline with investors and colleagues.

 

Ranim holds an Affiliate Real Estate certification from LaSalle College and a Business Administration certificate from the university of UQAM in Montreal. He speaks three languages and is an avid long distance cyclist. He lives with his partner Bianca and their cat Suzi.
